Out to Lunch
Jonathan Heaf interviews celebrities over lunch, and spins his writing flair to create a unique interview entwining the person, the food, and London culture.
Each month I draw the illustration to accompany the piece, and try to inject a little humour, when appropriate. Sometimes I offer concepts, and sometimes the editorial team will suggest them… most often we come up with something together, bouncing off each others’ ideas.
It’s a fun gig, and has become one of my favourite regular jobs over the last few years.
