Cover illustration for a secondary school workbook "New Challenges", published by Macmillan.

Below is my original sketch...

But they asked that I turn down the Grrrrr on the emo grrrl, and also the hat and expression on the black guy.

I had designed the illustration to be published within their template, as per the preview below...

So I was a little surprised to see that they'd exposed the rough edges of the art on the published cover, below:

Perhaps it looked 'edgier'. Haha... I kill me.
